“I Want My Money Back.” His Girlfriend Cheated On Him, and Now He Wants His Money Back For Her Implants
When you get into a relationship, you want the other person to feel comfortable and confident with you and in their own skin. Sometimes, your partner may need a little help feeling their best. They may go see a therapist, head to the gym, or invest in plastic surgery. One gentleman found out the hard way that helping his girlfriend pay for breast implants may not have been the right decision.
A man was in a two-year relationship with a girl, and things were going well until he noticed that she was struggling with some insecurities, particularly related to her body image. He didn’t know how to help and support her. But he knew that she needed to do something to feel better.
The girlfriend soon opened up to him about her plan. She wanted to start to save money for breast implants to boost her confidence. When the girlfriend brought up this idea, the boyfriend was excited. He even offered to cover the cost, given that he would also benefit from it.
Eventually, the girlfriend went through with the surgery. The man was around during it all. He helped before the surgery and after with recovery. However, just three months after her recovery, she cheated on him.
To add a twist, he later found out she’s now dating the person she cheated with. Now, he feels like he should be reimbursed for the money he spent on her surgery, either by his ex or her new boyfriend. So, the big question is, is he in the wrong for feeling this way?

Many people agreed and said the man had no right to ask for the money back. He lent it to his girlfriend at the time and should have thought about setting up a payment plan for her or something if he was going to want the money back at some point.
Others felt as though he should get the money back because of the year things ended. If they had broken up peacefully and it was mutual, then he shouldn’t get his money. But, she cheated, most likely getting more attention because of her breast implants. She owes him the money.
Some others felt like the girlfriend set him up. Saying that he was “played” and she had this plan from the beginning. Knowing that he would volunteer the money. They went on to say that he should have seen it coming and never offered the money from the beginning. Someone even said, “When women get hot, and you are not. They leave.”
